The California Infrastructure Development Conference is a two-day forum for public owners and industry partners focused on how projects actually move, from concept to closeout, across transportation, social infrastructure, water, energy, and more.
Through keynotes, panels, and case studies, our program focuses on project readiness, funding strategy, and delivery execution. Attendees will examine when and how to advance a project, which delivery model fits (DB, CM/GC, progressive DB, P3), and how to align scope, risk, and schedule with capital.
Our agenda spans the full lifecycle: early feasibility and cost modeling; procurement design and evaluation; contract and risk allocation; construction oversight; and O&M planning for long-term value. Sessions feature real case studies from transit modernization and water resilience to health, civic, and airport programs, paired with practical guidance on leveraging federal/state funds, value capture, and private capital to close gaps and accelerate timelines.
The conference is also a platform for meaningful connection. With a diverse mix of city, county, state, and regional agencies alongside developers, AEC leaders, and financiers, the conference is structured to facilitate connections and set up the partnerships needed to deliver the next wave of California infrastructure.
